On this help page, you will learn about log files.
A log file contains actions performed by the logged-in users in ETL Validator. The log information provides users with details to understand the reasons behind an issue.
To open and view the log information, click the Logs menu at the top-right corner and select Client Log.
In addition to the Client Log file, you can access a log file having log information about the ETL Server (Tomcat server). You can always click the Refresh button to get the latest information in the file. The information found in the log file is captured date and time wise. To help your administrator or Datagaps Support with troubleshooting issues, click the Copy to clipboard button and copy the log information to send an email.
To open the Server Log file, click the Logs menu at the top-right corner and click Server Log.
